Description

Chicken is a gallinaceous bird with white meat, a staple food present in the kitchen around the world and also very healthy, which is why it is recommended by doctors and nutritionists. Many of its parts are used from the chicken for culinary uses: the legs or “chicken hands”; the crest, served as tapas; wings and thighs; the breast -the part that contains the least fat-, and even parts such as the liver, gizzard or heart. Even the bones or carcass of the chicken is used to prepare chicken broth and soups. You can also eat chicken meat grilled, baked, fried, in salads, sandwiches or hamburgers.
